Ok - so it's a belated wish for a happy new year, considering we're arriving to the end of January, but it's my first real post of the year 2006 so I felt it fitting. What a busy holiday time it was, I can hardly believe that it's over and that we're back to life as normal (well, whatever normal really is around here). I've quit my job at Ann Taylor so that will give me some extra time but don't worry, I'm finding ways to fill it up again. I have been doing the score board for the high school basketball games at Hawthorne Christian Academy and that takes up to 3 of my nights each week -- but I love it.
I've been busy with work too -- finalizing the Spanish catalog along with several other projects I'm working on. This new position is so much more draining than the last -- I find myself completely worn out at the end of the night.
There are too many political issues going on right now that I'm so frustrated with .... some I'm even exasperated with but I haven't had time to truly sit down and write anything thorough so I haven't posted them.
One unbelievable great thing in my life is the lack of back pain. My friend Leigh-Ann introduced me to her chiropractor and have 9 months of seeing mine with no results I gave in and switched. He (in one visit) diagnosed me with gallbladder issues that were manifesting themselves in back pain and I've never felt better!! Using pressure points and things of that sort he got it working well again. Woo Hoo for no back pain.
More to come...
